I have an older Macbook Pro mid 2012 on MacOS Catalina. I reached out to this BM team and they gave me basic troubleshooting info that I had already tried but it still did not work. I enable access in the privacy settings but it still didn't work.
I uniinstall and re-install the software. So I immediately go into troubleshooting mode. To my surprise the software did not recognize my recorder. I haven't used my mini recorder in a couple of years and a need from my church came up again so I thought to fire it up again.
